Bar & Restaurant
Start the day with a healthy selection of juices, cereals and yoghurts
from our buffet, followed by a traditional Welsh breakfast with Pork & Leek
Sausages all supplied locally.
Our
restaurant is open to residents and non residents for dinner seven
days a week from 6 pm to 9 pm. Again, the Head Chef uses good, local
suppliers as much as possible and the varied menu changes daily.

Our mixture of
local and international staff are friendly and attentive serving
traditional cuisine.
Enjoy an evening drink before dinner whilst watching
the sunset over Criccieth Castle. Choose from a selection of locally
produced Purple Moose Beers brewed from Welsh mountain water and natural
ingredients. The Glaslyn Ale is derived from the mighty Afon Glaslyn which
begins among the upper slopes of Snowdon before cascading through the Aberglaslyn
Pass until it reaches Porthmadog Harbour and the Irish Sea beyond.
